Budget Advocacy
The Wisconsin biennial state budget provides an important opportunity to advocate for all of our given priorities and ensure our state’s resources and programming supports peace, justice, and care for all of God’s creation. Wisconsin recently adopted the 2025-2027. During the next biennial state budget process, LOPPW will share information and resources to help you engage on budget issues.
National ELCA Advocacy
LOPPW supports the national ELCA Advocacy Office in Washington D.C., and we always look to work with our national colleagues in areas that intersect with related statewide concerns, such as immigration policy. To learn more about the ELCA’s National Advocacy office, visit www.elca.org/advocacy.
